Dumb Ass Bosses

Why do the dumb assed ones get the promotions and raises? Why is it those people who don't have a f^cking clue as to what's going on getting advancement? We get a new manager or director for our department and she comes through the door just f*cking sh!t up and making the situation worse. How does a company hire people who do not know the basics? Much less have any freakin' commonsense at all? Lets put it this way, if it were not for employees like ourselves, who knows how run the sh!t right, but they would rather pay some asshole(s) hundreds of thousands of dollars per year to sit on their trifelin', slack, lazy asses and do nothing, but send emails all day long. These are the same people who review and make decisions on cases that they don't know how to investigate, much less find in the system. What the hell is wrong with these people?

When it's who you know and not what you know, it's easy to see how f*cked up the situation really is. These are the same people who bitch about you doing overtime or give you all kinds of excuses justifying why they cannot give you a raise. However, they can hire four new managers and a director and pay them all this money, but at the same time, give you hell when you ask for a $2 or $3 per hour raise for doing all of their work. That sh!t ain't right!!!

In my experience(s) in the job market, I've never worked at a place that has so many managers who is managing no one at all. Why the f^ck would you hire one manager to manage 2 mangers? Who in turn manages no one? What kind of since does that make? Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. There is just too many cooks in the kitchen, but yet there's no one to serve the food. A lot of matters in the workplace can be fixed with a little commonsense, but when the solution is too simple, these dumb muthaf^ckas have to make a mountain out of a mowhill. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy what I do; however, it's dumb ass bosses like the one that I have, which turns a simple matter into complex bullshit. In other words, they turn simple addition and subtraction into the quadratic equation. Now my immediate supervisor is really cool. We're on the exact same page

Another question I have: How many of you out there have a boss that's a drunk? A drug addict? Or a boss who's in therapy and popping pills like candy? Now this is a whole new can of worms. Oneday, I'll take a look at that crazy and deranged coworker who is most likely to shoot up the job. I see a few in the office I work in and I'm sure you do too. This is one issue I will definately touch upon because you never know what that fool in the next cubicle over is thinking.
